<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off material having excellent followability and providing high water cut-off performance even when the compressibility is low. <P>SOLUTION: In a long water cut-off material 2 including a compression part 4 held between a pair of members 12 and compressed, the compression part 4 is formed of an inner soft layer 8 made of soft solid rubber and an outer hard layer 10 made of hard solid rubber having higher hardness than the soft solid rubber and provided to cover the inner soft layer 8. Preferably the inner soft layer 8 has a type E hardness of 45 or less in accordance with JIS K 6253, and preferably the outer hard layer 10 has a type A hardness ranging 30 to 60 in accordance with JIS K 6253. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
