PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new improved charged main filter circuit which can efficiently pass a low-frequency component and has freely variable frequency characteristics. SOLUTION: The charged main filter circuit 100 includes transconductors 102, 104, 106 and 108 converting input voltages into currents and outputting them, and an SINC filter 120 having frequency characteristics of SINC-function, and the charged main filter circuit 100 is characterized in that it generates an impulse response by convolving an impulse response corresponding to a charging time and an impulse response corresponding to weighting of transconductance.
