PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security device, a security system, a mobile terminal, a security method and a security program for positively avoiding a danger while reducing the confirmation burden of abnormality information such as detection of an intruder by a resident. SOLUTION: A notification setting database 1036 stores a plurality of monitor regions and notification setting information which associates one of notification or non-notification of detected information generated in the monitor regions, with the respective monitor regions. A transmitting/receiving section 1031 receives the detected information showing the occurrence of abnormality in the monitor region, and the monitor region. An operating section 1035 outputs the detected information corresponding to the monitor region when the transmitting/receiving part 1031 receives the detected information, and the notification of the detected information is stored corresponding to the monitor region in the notification setting information.
