PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit diagram inputting method that easily reuses an extracted network list. SOLUTION: Circuit design data of a circuit pattern of an array substrate is inputted into a CAD system. A circuit simulator converts the circuit design data into a recognizable network list so that the network list can be extracted from the CAD system. The network list can be recognized by the circuit simulator. By reusing the network list, circuit simulation can be performed. batch processing of the circuit simulation can be made simple. Circuit design of a circuit pattern of an array substrate reusing the network list is made possible. The design efficiency of the circuit pattern can drastically be improved.
