PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle search system by which a user can easily reach a target vehicle even when parked at a huge parking lot. SOLUTION: When vehicle activation instruction is executed by a switch button 25, after remote control direction of a remote control 20 is detected by a geomagnetic sensor 22 and a transfer request for the vehicle direction, which the target vehicle faces, is transmitted by a bidirectional receiver/transmitter 21, the vehicle direction is acquired, circumference of the vehicle is divided into a plurality of areas with the vehicle direction as the basis, the area radio wave transmitted from the vehicle toward each of the area directions is received by an area radio wave receiver 26, and the area radio wave with the highest receiving level is detected by a level detection circuit 26a. Thus, among a plurality of the areas divided with the vehicle direction acquired as the basis, by discriminating that the direction of the remote control direction faces either directions of the areas and the remote control 20 exists in either areas, the parking direction of the vehicle is identified and displayed on a screen of a display part 23.
