PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle provided with a suspension device having an impact absorption member to sufficiently relax an impact received by a cylinder part at an initial stage in which the cylinder part is contacted with the impact absorption member. SOLUTION: The motorcycle (vehicle) 1 is provided with a rear suspension 14 for absorbing the impact when vehicle body frames 2-4 and a rear wheel 15 are relatively moved. The rear suspension 14 includes: the cylinder part 20 mounted to the vehicle body frames 2-4; a rod part 22 having one end inserted to the inside of the cylinder part 20 and the other end mounted to the vehicle body frames 2-4 and the other side of the rear wheel 15; a support member 26 mounted to the other side of the rod part 22; and the impact absorption member 27 arranged between the cylinder part 20 and the support member 26 and formed so as to be point-contacted or line-contacted with at least one of the cylinder part 20 and the support member 26 in compression of the rear suspension 14.
