PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-pipe working device having simplified construction. SOLUTION: The in-pipe working device 10 comprises a head part 1, a bending drive unit 5, and a travelling drive unit 6. The head part 1 has cameras 2, 3, an arm 9, and a head 11. The cameras 2, 3 are mounted on the head 11 for taking pictures in a riser pipe 50. The arm 9 mounted on a body 13 via a rotating shaft 26 has guide wheels 25, 30. The bending driving unit 5 rotatably installed on the arm 9 has an air cylinder 18 as an arm bending device. The travelling drive unit 6 rotatably connected to the bending drive unit 5 has a motor driven wheel 8. With the operation of the air cylinder 18, the arm 9 is bent relative to the bending drive unit 5, and the guide wheels 25, 30 and the driven wheel 8 are pushed against the inner face of the riser pipe 50.
