PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen feeding device in which a considerably lightweight glass thin tube is used as a hydrogen storage vessel and which can efficiently discharge the hydrogen stored in the glass thin tube. SOLUTION: Each glass thin tube is wrapped around a core while manufacturing hollow glass thin tubes (step S100). The inside of each glass thin tube is evacuated (step S110). The terminal part of each glass thin tube is sealed (step S120). Under a high-pressure hydrogen environment, infrared ray is emitted to a roll unit formed by wrapping the glass thin tube around the core, and the glass thin tube is filled with hydrogen (step S130).
