PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat device excellent in appearance and possible to smoothly move a luggage to a luggage room for housing without hindering an original function of the luggage room. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat device 100 comprises a guard net S for partitioning the inside of the luggage room R and a luggage floor 20 having floor boards 40 and 41 forming the floor of the luggage room R. When the guard net S is not used, the guard net S is housed under the luggage floor 20, including a net tip part 33. When using, the guard net S is drawn into the luggage room R from a clearance S<SB>1</SB>between the floor boards 40 and 41. With this structure, since the net tip part 33 is not exposed on the luggage floor R when it is not used, the luggage room R excellent in appearance can be formed, and since the luggage floor R is not formed with irregularity, a luggage can be smoothly housed in the luggage room R.
