摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently and readily detecting a target nucleic acid in high accuracy by using a polymerase chain reaction method. SOLUTION: The method for detecting the nucleic acid includes simultaneously amplifying a plurality of the target regions in a nucleic acid sample by using a pair of primers per target region by the polymerase chain reaction method, and detecting the obtained amplified products of the plurality of the target regions by electrophoresis. Each primer of the primer pair comprises a different base sequence. A molecular weight-regulating material is bound to at least one of the primers of at least one primer pair, and the totals of the molecular weights of the bound molecular weight-regulating materials are different by each primer pair to change the migration distances of the plurality of the amplified products to each other.
