PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of a coriolis mass flow measuring apparatus which can perform a continuous mass flow measurement operation, even if the variations of a phase component in a multi-phase flow or the multi-phase flow generates. SOLUTION: A response phase obtained by excitation and a variation speed of this response phase are detected, and only the frequency value acquired from the variation speed at which the response phase is detected, by using a predetermined function that varies the response frequency.
