The clip (10) has spiral-spring (11) form. End sections (12, 13) are made by bending the spring (11) towards the central axis (14). They (12, 13) are approximately circular, oval or polygonal, with a closed form. They are almost complete circles. Their radius (17) is about one third of the spiral spring radius (15). Central axes (16) of the end sections and the spiral spring central axis (14), lie on a diameter of the spiral spring. Variants of this basic design are proposed. The spiral spring includes one or two turns. Spring steel, spring bronze or resilient plastic are used in its manufacture. A copper-beryllium alloy is used. It is chromium- or nickel plated. A transparent or colored plastic covers the clip. Sides of the clip used for fixing, may be flattened. The clip cross section is round, elliptical, oval, half-round, square, rectangular or trapezoidal.
