A manufacturing method of an easy-to-use and easy-to-carry spherical acupressure ball is provided to utilize the spherical acupressure ball as an aid of stretching exercises simply by applying body load to the ball. A manufacturing method of a spherical acupressure ball(1) includes the steps of: mixing a non-hardened silicon compound and a far-infrared ray/anion emitting powder at a weight ratio of 90-95:5-10 homogeneously; maturing the mixture in at 18-20deg.C for 20-24 hours to remove air bubbles therein; and placing the matured material in an acupressure ball forming mold under forming conditions of 140-180deg.C, 100-250kg/m^2, and 20-25min. The resulting acupressure ball has a structure of a surface layer(16) with acupressure projections(6) in a flowed state, and intermediate and deep layers(17,18) in a non-flowed state. |
