A feedthrough multilayer condenser is provided to increase equivalent series resistance by connecting only some of internal electrodes to terminal electrodes. A feedthrough multilayer condenser includes a condenser device(L1), at least two signal terminal electrodes(1,2), and at least one ground terminal electrode(3,4). The two signal terminal electrodes are arranged at the external surface of the condenser device. The ground terminal electrode is arranged at the external surface of the condenser device. The condenser device includes a plurality of insulator layers, a signal internal electrode and a first ground internal electrode which face each other while interposing at least one insulator layer, and a second ground internal electrode which faces the signal internal electrode or the first ground internal electrode while interposing at least one insulator layer. The signal internal electrode is connected to at least two signal terminal electrodes. The second ground internal electrode is connected to at least one ground terminal electrode. The first ground internal electrode is connected to the second ground internal electrode through a through hole conductor.
