A stacker section for receiving the cards (C) in a stacked manner is partitioned by a partition section (11) into upper and lower sections. The direction of introduction of a card (C) inserted from a card insertion/discharge opening (35) is branched by a branch drive roller (32) to the upper stacker section (12) and the lower stacker section (13). A conveyance drive roller (24) provided at the partition section (11) switches the destination of the card between the stacker sections and causes the card to be received in the destination stacker section. The conveyance drive roller (24) switches a stacker section to an issuer stacker section and sends out and issues a card (C) by the conveyance drive roller (24).
