摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cover layer which has a uniform thickness as a light transmission layer adhering onto an information layer and wherein influence of a swelling part on an outer peripheral part thereof is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A UV resin 5 of a first layer is formed on a substrate 1 by a spin coat method. Spot UV exposure is turned OFF from ON in the inside position of a position where a recess 5e is formed, the recess 5e is formed by spinning off the uncured UV resin. The height of a swelling part 5d is lower than that of a swelling part 6c. A UV resin 6 of a second layer is formed on the UV resin 5 by the spin coat method. The UV resin 6 of the second layer is formed by a conventional spin coat method. Since a generation position of the swelling part 6c generated in the vicinity of the outer peripheral part by surface tension and positions of the swelling part 5d and the recess 5e are made nearly coincident with each other and the height of the swelling part 5d is low, such a surface shape that influence of the top position of the swelling part 6c is reduced can be formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
