<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage measuring instrument of high measuring precision. <P>SOLUTION: This voltage measuring instrument 1 constituted to measure a voltage V1 of a measuring object 4 is provided with a voltage generation part 3b for increasing gradually or decreasing gradually a voltage value from the minimum voltage value preliminarily specified to the maximum voltage value, to generate a reference potential Vr, a probe unit 2 for outputting a detection signal S3 with an amplitude varied in response to a potential difference (V1-Vr) between the voltage V1 of the measuring object 4 and the reference potential Vr, and a measuring part 3a for measuring the reference potential Vr when the potential difference (V1-Vr) detected based on the detection signal S3 comes to zero voltage, as the voltage V1 of the measuring object 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
