<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable machine capable of particularly lengthening the battery service life, in the portable machine for communicating with an on-vehicle machine mounted on a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage generating means 12 outputs DC voltage from electromotive force of a receiving part 11 generated by the electromagnetic induction action, by receiving a request signal from the on-vehicle machine 20.
