PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera and an electronic apparatus capable of easily revising an installed program or parameters quoted by the program. SOLUTION: The digital camera 100 comprises: an electronic apparatus section including a function section, a first storage section for storing a first program for controlling the operation of the function section, and a first control section for controlling the storage of the first storage section; and an IC memory section including an antenna section for receiving a radio wave, a second storage section for storing data, and a second control section for controlling the storage of the second storage section, uses power induced in the antenna section for receiving the radio wave, wirelessly transmits/receives data to/from an external device via the antenna section, and reads/writes the data in the second storage section, and the storage of the second storage section is also controlled by the first control section.
