PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development improved in low-temperature fixability and hot offset resistance at the same time and its toner binder. SOLUTION: The toner uses a resin having a heat reversible crosslinked structure as a binder. The heat reversible crosslink is at least one of crosslinks by (1) reaction of an acid anhydride group and a hydroxyl group, (2) reaction of a carboxyl group and a vinyl ether group, (3) reaction of a haloalkyl group and a tertiary amine, (4) reaction of a phenolic hydroxyl group and an isocyanate group, (5) reaction of azlactone and a phenolic hydroxyl group, (6) dimerization reaction of a nitroso group, (7) reaction of a conjugated diene group and a dienophile group, (8) reaction of aβ-diketone group and an isocyanate group, (9) reaction of an oxime group and an isocyanate group, (10) reaction of an N-alkyl substituted amine group or an N-alkyl substituted amide group and an isocyanate group, (11) dimerization reaction of an isocyanate group and (12) reaction of a tertiary hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group.
