PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for Raman spectra which has a simple constitution, and is high in the surface-enhanced Raman effect. SOLUTION: The device 1 for Raman spectra has semi-transmissive and semi-reflecting properties, and comprises an optical resonator, provided sequentially with a first reflector 10, a light-scattering surface 1s having a surface for generating Raman scattering; a light-transmitting body 20; and a second reflector 30 having a reflection properties.
