摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary magnetic force which the magnetic member receives from magnets. SOLUTION: A disk clamping device 16 having a spindle motor 8, a turntable 9 and a clamper 10 is arranged inside the main body case of an optical disk device. Two pieces of magnets 18 are buried inside the core part 9b of the turntable 9. An iron plate 21, a moving plate 22, coil springs 23, and a lid cover are built into the upper face recessed part of the clamper 10. The iron plate 21 is attached to the clamper 10 so as to be freely movable in the vertical direction between a proximate position close to the magnets 18 and a more separate position from the magnets 18 than the proximate position. When energized toward the center part of the clamper 10 by the coil springs 23, the moving plate 22 is positions the iron plate 21 at the separate position. When the spindle motor 8 is rotated, the moving plate 22 moves to the outer peripheral side of the clamper 10, and the iron plate 21 is moved downward from the separate position to the proximate position by magnetism of the magnets 18.
