PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain accuracy without using a jig, to eliminate the necessity of machining after press-forming, and to facilitate accuracy management. SOLUTION: A motor support tube 5 cylindrically projecting at a prescribed height is provided at a through-hole 7 formed at a panel 3A of a base at one side in a panel thickness direction, and abutting protrusions 11 formed by pressure-molding a support surface 13 for making a motor-side abutting part abut are formed at three points at a terminal edge in the projection direction of the support tube 5 at prescribed intervals in a circumferential direction. Thus, the motor can be positioned in the height direction by a high-precision support surface 13.
