PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lower part structure of an automobile, which restricts peeling between a floor panel and a side frame in a collision of a vehicle without increasing the weight of a car body with regard to the lower part structure of an automobile wherein a seat belt anchor is fitted to an inclined surface part of the floor panel. SOLUTION: A nearly central position of a projecting stage part 14 in the back and forth direction of the vehicle is formed with a swelling part 14a to be swelled inward in the car cross direction, according to a ridge 30. The inside wall surface of the swelling part 14a is formed with an inclined reinforcing surface part 42 for dividing the ridge 30 into a nearly Y-shape in the back and forth direction of the vehicle.
