PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat damper capable of obtaining resonance effect in a large frequency area. SOLUTION: The seat damper 600 comprises a mass member 610 structured as a mass element, a bracket member 620 attached to a vehicle, and a vibration control base element 630 coupling the mass member 610 and the bracket member 620 and structured by rubber-shaped elastic material. The vibration control base element 630 is coupled to a position offset in regard to the mass member 610 by only a distance s. Therefore, when the mass member 610 is displaced, the mass member 610 can be vibrated by two vibration modes.
