PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch film and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The stretch film contains: a petroleum resin; a propylenic resin; and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and the added amount of the petroleum resin is 6-40 mass%. The stretch film of the present invention is preferably used for super stretch packing in a cold area, since it has enough flexibility even at a low temperature and exhibits such effects that defects due to wrinkles, breakage, or whitening at the time of packing hardly occur.
