PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder fuel of lignocellulose biomass, which has excellent conveniences and high rate of energy transformation efficiency, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The fuel is prepared as a fuel with excellent conveniences by granulating lignocellulose biomass into a fine powder, to increase the surface area and thus enhance the efficiency of energy transformation such as burning efficiency and exhibit liquid flowability, gaseous mist and powder flow characteristics.
