METHOD FOR PRODUCING HUGE GRAIN OF POLYMERIC BLOCK COPOLYMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing a polymer structure of a single crystal-like huge grain (microphase separation structure aggregate) having a visible size by utilizing self-organization by microphase separation of block copolymer having a large molecular weight without using a nano precision ultra-fine processing technology such as photolithography and a complicated treatment process. SOLUTION: The method for producing a polymer structure having a microphase separation structure comprises making a solution of a block copolymer constituted of at least two different kinds of polymer chains by using a selective solvent having no solubility of one polymer chain only at a temperature lower than a temperature at which the one polymer chain exhibits solubility and allowing the solution to stand in a state at a temperature lower than the temperature at which the one polymer chain exhibits solubility to form a microphase separation structure.
