A cleaning device of a hair removing apparatus is provided to dry a hair removing processing part in a short time and to preclude sebum and contaminated components from remaining on a surface of the hair removing processing part after drying by driving the hair removing processing part intermittently when a drying device is working. A cleaning device of a hair removing apparatus comprises a cleaning tank(4), a supply and recover device(A), a drying device(B), and a control part(12). The cleaning tank has a hair removing processing part(2) of the apparatus. The control part transmits a control signal of driving the hair removing processing part to the hair removing apparatus when the drying device is working. The control part drives the hair removing processing part intermittently while the drying device is driven.
