Disclosed are a method and a system for determining the relationship betw een several values of at least one respective device parameter of a cellular device (31, 32,..., 3m, 3n) and at least one signal parameter of a signal t ransmitted and/or received by the cellular device (31, 32,..., 3m, 3n). In s aid method and system, several values of at least one device parameter of th e respective cellular device (31, 32,..., 3m, 3n) are adjusted in a cellular device (31, 32,..., 3m, 3n) for a certain number of frequencies of each tra nsmitted and/or received signal, and the associated signal parameters of a s ignal transmitted and/or received by the respective cellular device (31, 32, ..., 3m, 3n) are measured. All frequencies and the values of at least one re spective device parameter that are associated with each frequency are provid ed in the respective cellular device (31, 32,..., 3m, 3n) at the beginning o f the measurements.
