<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a USB (Universal Serial Bus) access key capable of displaying a predetermined web page on a personal computer terminal, by performing authentication by automatically making access to the web page, only by being inserted into an all-purpose USB interface. <P>SOLUTION: The predetermined number of computers are connected to the USB interface of the computers in a communication system connected to a telecommunication line such as the Internet. A CPU 2 being an arithmetic processing means is connected to a bus 6. At least USBI/F1 being the USB interface, a ROM 3 being a processing data storage means, an EEPROM 4 being an individual data storage means and a RAM 5 as a work area for processing are connected to the bus 6.
