<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody recognizing a phosphorylated polypeptide. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an antibody which recognizes an epitope consisting of Ser-Ile-A1-A2-A3-A4-Ser(PO<SB>3</SB>H<SB>2</SB>)-Pro-Gln-Leu-Ala-Thr-Leu-Ala-A5 and does not bond to an epitope consisting of Ser-Ile-A1-A2-A3-A4-Ser-Pro-Gln-Leu-Ala-Thr-Leu-Ala-A5, wherein A1 is Asp or Asn, A2 is Met or Leu, A3 is Val or Leu, A4 is Asp or Glu and A5 is Asp or Glu, a hybridoma producing the antibody, and a kit containing the antibody. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
