<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowmeter having a compact and simple structure, capable of improving measurement accuracy by effectively removing dust included in gas flowing in a channel. <P>SOLUTION: The flowmeter includes a flow rate sensor provided in the facing state to the channel; a straightening vane having a porous part on the center part on a crossing surface of the channel, and provided on the upstream side of the flow rate sensor, for straightening a fluid flowing in the channel; and a dust collection plate having an opening part on a position avoiding the center part on the crossing surface of the channel, and provided at a prescribed interval from the straightening vane on the upstream side thereof, for preventing direct introduction of the fluid along the channel into the porous part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
