<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain print processing requested by many users by providing an interface capable of expressly and easily performing formation of a plurality of table pattern on a form and overlay-printing the form with a corresponding data file and, particularly, to provide a function for setting a spacing of table patterns in a form containing a plurality of table patterns, so that high-level various print processing including a plurality of table patterns can be realized to flexibly respond to various print processing/forms requested by many users. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises a step 1 of defining an area (field) for receiving data to be stored in a table pattern; a step 2 of forming a table pattern from the field; a step 3 of executing the steps 1-2 to a plurality of table patterns; a step 4 of setting a spacing with other table patterns of each individual table pattern; and a step 5 of storing the content of the step 4 in a form file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
