PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing the number of components as to a cable side connector equipped with an equalizer function. SOLUTION: A resin package unit assembly 70 is assembled in a shield cover assembly 60. The resin package unit assembly 70 has a structure in which a resin package unit 71 equipped with the equalizer function is combined with an insulator block 90.
