PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroluminescent element equipped with a light-emitting layer excellent in chemical stability and a method of manufacturing the electroluminescent element. SOLUTION: The electroluminescent element (10) is provided with a light-emitting layer (15), and a first electrode (12) and a second electrode (17) capable of impressing voltage on the light emitting-layer (15).
