PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a network load involved in distributing common information such as event notification in a client server system in which a server provides a plurality of clients with a business service. SOLUTION: This message repeater is located between the server for providing a business service and clients using the business service, exchanges control information with a client and further performs relay through an individual connection path when information transmitted to the client from the server is individual information data and through a common connection path when the information is common information data.
