PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner excellent in low temperature fixing property, causing no contamination on a pressure roller, and capable of forming an image of high density without causing fog or melt-sticking of the toner even in long-term use in a high temperature and high humidity environment. SOLUTION: The toner contains at least a binder resin, crystalline polyester and a release agent, wherein the acid value and the hydroxyl value of the crystalline polyester are controlled to the respective specified ranges and the flow start temperature (Tfb) of the toner measured by a flow tester and the melting point (Tm1) of the crystalline polyester satisfy a specified relation.
