PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of effectively maintaining the display performance of an image even when an electrophoretic display is arranged in a curved state. SOLUTION: The display device 1 is constituted so that an electrophoretic display 15 is arranged in a curved state in a case. The electrophoretic display 15 includes a transparent substrate 21 on which a common electrode 27 is arranged, a display substrate 20 on which a segment electrode 23 is arranged and charged particles arranged between the electrodes 23, 27. Common electrode driving electrodes 24A, 24B are arranged on the display substrate 20. Conductive members 28a, 28B are arranged between the common electrode driving electrodes 24A, 24B and the common electrode 27. The display device 1 is provided with spacer members 32A, 32B for depressing at least one of the transparent substrate 21 and the display substrate 20 to the side of the conductive members 28A, 28B and maintaining such a state that the conductive members 28A, 28B are brought into close contact with respective electrodes 24A, 24B, 27.
