PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high internal phase oil in water type emulsion type cosmetic, excellent in stability even after the high temperature preservation and suitable for the cosmetic. SOLUTION: This high internal phase oil in water emulsion type cosmetic excellent in stability even after a sever high temperature preservation is provided by containing one kind or at least two kinds of synthetic polymers selected from the synthetic polymers consisting of a polymer of one kind or at least two kinds of monomers selected from (1) a diester compound of a dimer acid and/or a dimer diol and (2) glucosylethyl methacrylate, methacryloyl-L-lysine and methacryloyloxyethylphosphorylcholine and/or a copolymer having these monomers as constituting units.
