PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projecting material housing mechanism in a vehicular seat capable of housing a projecting material to be put into/out of the shape of a seat with raising/falling operation of the vehicular seat in the state that the projecting material is not projected out of the shape of the seat when housing. SOLUTION: This housing mechanism houses a leg member 4 inside of the shape of the seat 1 by raising the seat 1 from the floor F. Turning of the leg member 4 is regulated to be raised/fallen between a projecting posture position wherein the leg member 4 is projected out of the shape of the seat 1 and a housing posture position wherein the leg member is housed inside. A link member 7 is connected between the leg member 4 and a fixed member 6b to structure a four-joint link mechanism. When the seat 1 is raised from the floor F, the leg member 4 is turned to be fallen, and when the seat 1 is at a position on the way of rising, the leg member 4 is positioned at the housing posture position, and regulated in turning operation thereof. With more turning operation for raising the seat 1 to the uprising posture position, the link member 7 elastically pushes the leg member 4 with deflecting deformation in a direction for regulating turning of the leg member 4.
