PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traction carriage by a bicycle suitable for collecting and distributing a small parcel capable of easily connecting and disconnecting the bicycle and a carriage and stably and smoothly travelling in pulling the carriage. SOLUTION: This traction carriage by the bicycle is constituted of the carriage A furnished with three or four travelling wheels, a handle lever 1 mounted on the carriage, a connecting rod 3 one end of which is held free to revolve and the other end of which is extended toward the rear of the bicycle and a connecting shaft 4 to connect the connecting rod 3 and the handle lever 1 to each other, an upper end of the handle lever 1 is extended upward above a rear part of the bicycle and formed so that a bicycle rider can operate a handle of the carriage, the connecting rod 3 and the connecting shaft 4 are connected to each other free to revolve around a pivotal shaft pin 15 through the removable pivotal shaft pin 15, and the separated connecting rod 3 is structured to be formed free to temporarily hold on a bicycle frame by springing it up upward.
