PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight stereoscopic sheet component which enables a three-dimensional moire pattern having a large floating/sinking to be observed from a position by more than three meters away, in spite of a reduction in size from the bottom face to the apex of a convex lens to reduce the thickness of a transparent substrate. SOLUTION: The stereoscopic sheet component comprises a convex lens assembly wherein a plurality of convex lenses are repeatedly formed on the surface of a transparent substrate and a pattern for forming the three-dimensional moire pattern formed at a pitch length±a of the convex lens (a is 1 to 20 and the pitch length and the unit of the a isμm) on the focus surface of the convex lens of the transparent substrate along the repeated forming direction of the convex lens so that the plurality of convex lenses formed within block lines are arranged on a straight line with the same pitch length selected within a range of 50 to 2,000μm.
