PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein the size of the entire constitution of an image formation apparatus becomes large since a preprocessing device or postprocessing device is added to an image formation apparatus main body when punched holes are to be perforated in a sheet material on which images are to be formed in the image formation apparatus, and the constitution of the processing device itself is also large and complex. SOLUTION: There are provided: a recording head 24 which forms images on the sheet member S; a transporting belt 31 which transports the sheet member S; and a sheet material cutting device 201 which cuts paper 5 being the sheet material transported by the transporting belt 31 on the downstream side of the recording head 24.
