The automatic leveling laser emitter (1) has a manageable housing (2), in which a laser point (4) arranged in the area of a one third to two third of the height (H) of the housing, exclusively by the gravitational force. The gravitational force is directed below a beam unit (5) that is supported in a two dimensional swiveling automatic leveling manner, which emits two axial beams (7) in axial direction and comprises a perpendicular beam (6). The beam unit is supported over a two axle universal joint at the laser point. The three axial beams are perpendicular to each other in axial directions.
