<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the outer peripheral surface of a delivery roll is greatly damaged with granules and resultantly make the roll exchange frequent resulting in increase of maintenance cost when hard granules are used in a delivery machine for granules designed to deliver granules such as chemicals or seeds by front and rear rotation of the delivery roll. <P>SOLUTION: The delivery machine for granules is obtained as follows. An exposed part of the outer peripheral surface 45b of the delivery roll 45 onto a lower space 49 in a hopper 47 is covered with a protective member 20a for preventing the damage with the granular chemical 46 and the protective member 20a is provided with a through-hole 20c which is larger than an opening diameter of a recessed part 45a of the outer peripheral surface 45b and designed to fit the granular chemical 46 therein. A rear part 20f of the through-hole located on the rear side in the rotative direction 51 of the delivery roll 45 in the through-hole 20c is provided in a position 50 just on the axial center 45c of the delivery roll 45 or on the front side in the rotative direction 51 of the position 50 just on the axial center 45c of the delivery roll 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
