<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regular-route bus operation management system which finely and accurately gives an operation instruction to the bus, thereby achieving the uniformity of the load factor of each bus and the prevention of deterioration in the operating speed of the bus by considering the number of passengers waiting for the bus in each bus stop. <P>SOLUTION: The system 100 is configured of a bus information acquisition part 150 for acquiring bus information including the location information and passenger load factor information of the bus from an on-vehicle unit 200 of the bus, equipped with a location information acquisition means 201 and a passenger load factor measurement means 202, and for storing the bus information into a bus information database 125; a number of waiting passengers acquisition part 151 installed in a bus station and for acquiring information on the number of passengers waiting for the bus at each bus stop from a number of waiting passengers measurement device 300, and for storing it into a number of passengers database 126; and an instruction generation part 152 for reading the bus information from the bus information database and the information on the number of passengers waiting for the bus from the number of passengers database, and for generating an operation instruction when the read bus information and the read information on the number of passengers waiting for the bus is matched with the judgment conditions of whether to generate the operation instruction of the bus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
