<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical substrate capable of making a bend radius small and constituting high density optical wiring circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The optical substrate 1 is characterized in that a linear core 5 is fixed to the surface 3a of a substrate 3 by an adhesive 7 having a refractive index lower than that of the core 5 and the adhesive 7 arranged on the surface 3a of the substrate 3 is formed around the core 5 at least over the longitudinal direction of the core 5.
