PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer capable of measuring a specimen and a reagent in its early stages under a constant thermostatic condition. SOLUTION: This autoanalyzer is equipped with a cartridge feed means 2 for feeding an inspection cartridge 10 before inspection in an inspection stage KT and feeding out the inspection cartridge 10 after inspection from the inspection stage KT, a specimen and reagent dispensing means 3 for dispensing the specimen and reagent of the inspection cartridge 10 in a reaction cell 11c with respect to the inspection cartridge 10 in the inspection stage KT fed in by the cartridge feed means 2, a measuring means 4 for measuring the reaction of the specimen and reagent in the reaction cell 11c dispensed by the specimen and reagent dispensing means 3, a thermostatic tank 6 for holding at least the reaction cell 11c of the inspection cartridge 10 fed in the inspection stage KT by the cartridge feed means 2 to a predetermined thermostatic environmental temperature and an auxiliary heating means 7 for preheating at least a part of the cell 11 of the cartridge 10 at a temperature higher than the thermostatic environmental temperature before the operation of the measuring mean 4.
