PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel, in which an ultraviolet-curing adhesive that is arranged in the panel peripheral part, can be cured on a member installed on the organic EL element substrate, without causing damages due to ultraviolet rays. SOLUTION: In the organic EL panel, in a filler layer 5 between the organic EL substrate and a transparent sealing member 2, an ultraviolet-ray absorber 6 and a photostabilizer of benzotriazole series or the like are contained, which are cured by the ultraviolet rays, having shorter wavelength than the absorption wavelength of the ultraviolet-ray absorber.
